Diet

I recently try to go on a diet even though i weigh 140 lbs its not so much a diet to lose weight but to get and stay much healthier. The things that i've been eating are not so great for me like buger king or wendy's all these fast food places and that includes chinese as well. I've been trying to stay away from meat but the problem is that i feel weak at times like my body is missing something. I would take a guess and it is probably iron that im missing in my system. Im trying to eat more vegies and fruits and trying to eat fish which is much better for me. It's like that saying goes you are what you eat. Our health should be the most important thing to us because without it we have nothing regardless the money you might have. But there is something that i must confess and that is that i smoke cigarettes which is the worst thing a human can do to them self . I must say that i stop smoking for about a year and half but do to some streeful situations im back on it. This diet that i talk about is just more than losing weight it's a diet for my health.
