Crazy cat

This is kind of a crazy story i have to mention its about my cat . Its not my cat and its a young one and its a female.For some reason evry time i come home it follows me and starts to moeow and i never feed the cat or anything but it always has food dont get me wrong.The strange thing about this cat is that when i lay on the couch it starts to meow and pretty loud at that and it starts to jump on my arm and it bites my arm not to the point where it penetrates my skin ,something very gentle and it grabs my arm with its paws not with its nails. But the crazy part is that it bites on to my skin and it just stays in that position with my skin in its teeth and it just hangs there and this is evertime . I thought for a second it might be in heat or something but its been going on for quite a while now ,i start to think it might be that it wants my attention is the only thing i can come up with.
