This week i have been going to the lunch room so much.When im at work ill have a small breakfast and a very large lunch. I eat for about two people and the funny thing is that i just dont gain no weight at all. Ill eat staek veggies and another plate of some rice potato with bread and a soda. ii have been trying to cut down but it seems like i just cant when lunch comes around 1:oo pm i get so hungry that at the begining of the day ill try to control my self to just having a salad but that doesnt last to long,ill just end up pigging out and by the way il spend a lot of money at that.I actually going to pay a visit to the doctor to see if he can give me some type of pill that can help me control my hunger because i feel im out of control.Most people would gain lots of weight if they ate like i did ,i start to worry because even if im not gaining to much weight on the outside i can be gaining weight on the inside ,the inner piping might not be so health as i think. I tend to eat lots of red meat which is not to healthy if you eat to much of it.If im going to eat so much i must change what im eating like more fish and greens to fill my self with vitamins that my body must use.
